Four Apartments Residential Building in Rtina

The project of the residential building in Rtina is based on clear spatial organization and a contemporary architectural expression. The façade composition is defined by clean lines, wooden louvers, and large glass surfaces that bring in natural light and open views towards the exterior.

The ground floor and the first floor share identical layouts – on the ground floor the apartments are extended with spacious terraces and gardens, while the upper-floor units feature balconies that provide privacy and at the same time strengthen the connection with the outdoors.

Special emphasis is placed on integrating greenery into the spaces between entrances and terraces – trees and landscaping become an essential part of the architecture, creating a pleasant Mediterranean atmosphere.
