Residential Buildings Pag
The planned three residential buildings are located on attractive seaside plots in the undeveloped area of the town of Pag. The architectural concept is based on clear spatial organization, a strong relationship between interior and exterior, and a contemporary design language that harmoniously integrates into the Mediterranean landscape.
Clean lines and dynamic volumes of balconies and terraces, combined with bright façade surfaces, wooden cladding, and dark accents, create an elegant and distinctive character. Large glass surfaces open the interiors towards the sea, emphasizing the unity of indoor and outdoor spaces. Each apartment has its own outdoor area – a balcony, terrace, or garden – making living airy, bright, and oriented towards the Mediterranean atmosphere.
