This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions. When we use the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, “Service Provider” or “Small Artet Studio d.o.o.”, we mean Small Artet Studio d.o.o., Dobriše Cesarića 15c 10 430 Samobor.
Small Artet Studio d.o.o., as a service provider through the website www.small-artet-studio.hr, is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This Privacy Policy applies to the collection and processing of your personal data and the use of cookies on the website www.small-artet-studio.hr (hereinafter: the website). - Collection and processing of personal data
We collect, process and use your personal data only with your consent or on the basis of the following legal grounds:

Before initiating legal proceedings, disputes will be attempted to be resolved amicably, and in the event of a dispute, the court in Zagreb shall have jurisdiction.
