Two-Level Apartment – Conversion from Hospitality to Residential Use

A former hospitality venue has been transformed into a spacious and comfortable home spread across two levels. The upper floor brings together the living room, dining area, and kitchen in an open-plan layout that encourages connection and fluid movement, complemented by two bedrooms and a bathroom positioned in a quieter section of the floor plan. The lower level is conceived as a relaxation and social zone, featuring a private sauna, an additional bathroom, and a generous communal lounge area.

The interior blends clean lines with warm textures, striking a balance between modern expression and a welcoming atmosphere. Light-toned flooring and neutral fabrics enhance the sense of airiness, while darker wall and kitchen elements add depth and character. A stone-clad kitchen island with concealed storage and integrated appliances serves as the focal point of the upper floor, while carefully selected lighting highlights architectural details and material contrasts.

The basement level is designed as a private retreat for regeneration and leisure. The warmth of timber cladding in the sauna, combined with ambient lighting and comfortable seating areas, evokes the feel of a boutique wellness space within the home.
